Our Lilliput capers are tiny, tangy, and a top-notch topping for salads, pastas, and of course, bagels and lox. They pack a concentrated punch of flavor that belies their diminutive size.

These are the un-ripened flower buds of the Capparis spinosa bush that grows wild across the Mediterranean, picked and preserved in a wine vinegar brine.

Left to ripen? They become our newest addition, Tears of Caperberries.
